Voting NAY on this one-track nonsense. This account's antics and persistent fiddling with the Kusama network's treasury is yet another proof that pockets filled with money are not necessarily smart money, let alone people smart.
It's not HACNA, just some fans using the vanity generated address. I agree though, just referenda spam.
